Complaint:
Bed bugs room #307
Comments: went to room 307. They had head boards off of the wall and some powdery chemical on the floor.
They said they did not see any bed bugs. I moved back the mattress cover and there were live bed bugs on the bed. Must have pest control treat for bed bugs. Must provide invoice showing they treated for bed bugs.
