18: Observed a large container of cut cabbage above 41°f in the ric. Pic stated it was prepared at 8am. Cos by pic discarding approximately 10lbs

21: Observed Several containers of cooked chicken and rice without dates, pic stated they where made 2-3days ago. COS by pic discarding.

31: Cabbage placed in a large plastic container after prep, covered with plastic wrap, and placed in the ric without helping it cool.

50: Mop sink used as a table top and pic stated they use the hand sink as the mop sink.

Additional Comments

Change of ownership - layout submitted and approved.

Owner is to install a splash guard between the 3 compartment sink and the mop sink within 20 days of todays date.
