20: Improper cold holding in 3 door reach in cooler and 2 door reach in cooler besides it. All eggs milk and soft cheeses moved to another prep cooler as product was purchased today. Corrective Action: follow up required to ensure proper compliance and cold holding of 41 F and below.

26: Bleach stored next to clean dishes in dish area.

26: Chemical lysol bottles stored over food product in multiple places. Corrective Action: moved to proper storage area.

34: No probe thermometer on site and broken and missing thermometers in multiple reach in cooler

Reviewed proper wiping cloth usage and storing sanitizer buckets. Reviewed and discussed can opener cleaning. Drain plug loose, discussed ordering new one from dumpster company.
