4: Both bathrooms need a covered container.

*16: One ring buoy is styrofoam - this does NOT meet the TN regs material and height. Other ring buoy that would meet regs’ material and weight has frayed rope around the edge and is starting to tear on the inseams.

*18: Kings iii emergency phone is NOT working - pressed button and the unit proceeded to flash a red light and make a loyd screeching/beeping sound. Could not hear an operator come on the line.

*30: Water faucet near the bathroom and the kiddie pool has a hose attached but no backflow device.

Additional Comments

A follow up will be done sometime within 10days to ensure the correction of critical items 16, 18, and 30
