Complaint received from clerk 8/15/22: guest staying in room 126 stating the room has black mold in bathroom, roaches in room and hallway, and used syringes in parking lot. Complaint answered: Mgmt. stated Guest room 126 is currently occupied by a family that has been renting room for the past 6months. A picture presented shown that guest may had previously put a sign stating “Beware of dogs…..dont knock unless it’s important or…the office.” Today, no sign is posted on door. Guests are inside room 126 with at least one unleashed dog, that was observed when guest open room door. ***Note: No entry to room was made by inspector due to occupancy and unleashed dog. No trash or debris observed in parking lot or walkway near room 126. Manager stated he has give notice of eviction for guest to be off property by Friday, august 19, 2022, notice not viewed. Manager did provided a notice dated 8/10/2022 to guest in room 126 of reasons why room has not been service by housekeeping in six months.
