6: Observed employee come from wic put on new gloves and begin food prep without washing hands first. Cos by discussing good hand hygien with pic.

8: No hand towels at hand sink near chicken batter station. Cos by pic replacing.

20: Deli meats in prep cooler cos by discarding. All tcs foods in wic. Cos by propping open freezer door to cool down wic. Pic immediately called tech and he is coming immediately

35: Several containers with various spices on make line not labeled.

Additional Comments

Complaint was made servers have long hair and its dangling over food. Servers do have long moving hair and I advised pic they should be wearing better restraints. I did not take it as a violation on inspection because they are not part of kitchen staff preparing food.
