47: Still have not designated what rooms are smoking. Some non smoking rooms still have not been marked. Pic stated that they are still waiting on the guest door room plates that have the room number and the no smoking symbol. Pic stated that all rooms are going to be no smoking.

State line treated all rooms rooms for bed bugs. Inspected room 127 and no live bed bugs were observed. See attached documents where state line had come out and treated rooms for bed bugs. Critical item violations 15 and 19 have been corrected. Critical item violation 18 (Fire Extinguishers)has not been corrected. They are waiting for FIRE ONE safety to come out and service fire extinguishers. FIRE ONE stated in an e-mail they would be here to service fire extinguishers on Monday or Wednesday. A failure to correct letter may be requested. See photos
