*16: Retrival rope on ring buoy is in bad repair and does not have a ball or “lemon” on the end. Grab line around ring bouy is in bad repair. Replace ring bouy with approved ring buoy and replace retrival line with new 1/4” nylon rope with grab ball or lemon. Retrieval rope must be 1.5 times width of pool not to exceed 50 feet
