Owner informed me that GIRO Group will try to come to the establishment today 6/7/24 to perform maintenance on WIC if the repair company can not perform the maintenance today it will be early Monday morning 6/10/24.
Instructed the PIC that any foods prepared today must be continually iced down to maintain food temperatures of 41 degrees or lower.
