8: Hand washing sink beside drive thru window had a large wisk in it. Pic removed. Hand sink near rif had broom and dust pan stored in front of it. Pic removed and stored properly.

20: All tcs food on salad make line was reading about 50°F. Digital exterior thermometer was reading 36 °F, my thermometer was reading 49°F. All tcs food was put out this morning. Pic threw away. Establishment is not going to use make line until repaired and working as designed.

26: Comet spray bottle with blue liquid inside on prep table. Pic removed and stored properly.
