14: 3 comp sink set up and in use with 0 ppm of QA. Dish machine in use with 0 ppm of chlorine. PIC drained and refilled sanitizer well with a final reading of 200 ppm of QA. Sanitizer bucket was changed for dish machine with a final reading of 100 ppm Cl2.

26: Residential Raid in kitchen. Pic threw away cans. Few chemical spray bottles near 3 comp sink and wait staff area not labled. Pic discarded chemical spray bottles.
