14: Heat is not getting hot enough to sanitize dishes in dish machine. Establishment is going to use 3 comp sink until dish machine is working properly.

22: Shelled eggs on tphc. Time above eggs had time out as 11. It was after 12 pm when I started inspection. Embargoed eggs. CA - Pic changed times and placed new eggs out. Permit will be up for revocation due to 3 violation noted in a row.

37: Employee drink stored in ric front - opened gatorade bottle.

47: Inside of ice machine located in the back has pink and black on the inside of it.

50: Waste water from piping underneth hand sink in the back is splashing out when hitting top rim of floor drain.
