6: Water temp at 55F due the heater not working. Flow rate indicator is 70-75gpm and is too high(max should be 47gpm. Water leaking from pipes connected to back of water heater.

Area and Underwater lights working. Signs posted. Life saving equipment present. Phone working. Restrooms supplied with correct items. Ventilation working. All pool doors self close and self latch. Pool water temp at 55F, - Pool water must not exceed 104F. Discuss with on site manager, the pool operation and the opening of bar area the the regs and steps to opening the area.
