2: Hose connection in the pump area has a hole/leak and is spaying a small steam of water
20: Ph is too high
*21: Pool is closed due to an Imminent Health Hazard of 0ppm of free chlorine. A closure sign was posted and residents in the pool area at the time were notified. The pool is to remain closed until pic contacts me that the cl reading is between 0.5ppm - 3.0ppm AND has run a full cycle AND i verify the reading in person.
*30: No backflow device on the hose faucet in the pump area which has two hoses attached and running during time of inspection.
Closed due to an imminent health hazard - see notes under "observed violations *21"
Verified emergency phone worked by calling 911 and talking with operator, op stated pool address is 405 calumet trace.
A follow up will be done sometime within 10 days to ensure the correction of critical items 21 and 30
