37: Bell pepper sitting on shelf. Uncovered food in cooler. To go boxes stored on floor in kitchen. A Bag of rice and carrots are stored on floor.

39: Improperly stored wiping cloths. Wiping cloths sitting on counter. Please store wiping cloths inside of sanizer bucket.

42: Improproly stored utensils. Handle should be stored upwards.

45: Can opener needs to be washed,rinsed and sanitized. Cutting boards need to be replaced.

53: Walls and ceiling are dirty.

54: Light blown out below ventilation hood. Grease build up under ventilation hood.

One employee went to the reach in freezer then return to cooking station and did not wash hands and proceeded to cut raw fish.


Another employee went from station to station with the same gloves. He also touched glasses and proceeded to chop veggies.
