Areas inspected: nurses' station, 1st-5th playground, kindergarten playground, pre-K playground, portable 3, 5th grade hallway (bathroom, room 46), 4th grade pod (bathroom), maintenance closet, boiler room, custodial closet, 1st and 2nd restrooms, gymnasium
PNA areas also inspected (gym, cafeteria, playground)
Pre-K Area: room 7, room 5, room 6
- Classroom 5 toilet does not flush unless pushed 3 times, no hot water at hand washing sink
