Reviewed and discussed personl item storage like purses and cell phone below and away from food preparation tables and below and away from utensils and food.

Reviewed and discussed methods to place thermomoters in chest freezer, but it is mandatory.

Facility completed a renovation of food truck by removing a wall and pushing back handsink. Hot and col water available. Ghe only critical item needed at time of inspection is the need foor splash guard to protect clean dishes at 3 compartment sink.
