18: Hamburger patties cooked yesterday in make line cooler not in proper temp. See food temp. Pic stated they had not been prepped with today. Top part of cooler was working fine but the bottom part of cooler where the patties were stored was not working properly. Received ambient temp of 51. Corrected by discussing proper cooling temps and discarding patties. Pic will have cooler serviced.
