5: First floor ice machine has some dirty spots at the dispenser , the other one on second floor was not working also the dispenser was dirty
*18: Fire extinguisher tags are valid till may 2023. Two of them on first and second floor near room 121 and room 227 are not accessible , due to no breaking bar
29: In room 227 lamp beside the couch is not working,
33: The pullout bed have some dirty spot-right on the hands
37: At room 124 there is a cracked wall paper under the cloth huger station , In room 120 there is dirty wall paper in multiple areas.
37: Baseboard on room 209 was faded and in poor repair.
Received a call that room 208 has bedbugs. Op advised room 208 was occupied. Advised op when guest checks out to not rent the room and contact me. Requested op provide copy of most recent pest control inspection document. He called the company and requested they fax a copy.
Looked at the laundry room it is okay.
