4: Observed employees eating in sauce and soup prep area.
6: Observed multiple employees touching dirty dishes and touching their faces without washing hands before resuming food prep. Observed the employee washing dishes going from dirty dishes to clean dishes without washing hands. Discussed proper handwashing procedures with PIC.
8: Multiple handwashing sinks blocked by red bucket and by metal pans
14: Three comp sink set up incorrectly. The wash and rinse sink were both filled with soapy water and used to wash pans. Employee advised they rinsed the soap off in the sanitizer sink. No sanitizer was found in the three comp sink when tested.
37: Employee drinks stored above food prep tables
44: Observed employee in dish area washing gloved hands before resuming task.
53: Excessive food debris and ice build up on floor of WIF
