Complaint inspection being conducted for establishment not having hot water
Talked with Eric Frank store GM hot water heater has a piece being ordered and maintenance will be in store today March 7th to replace piece for hot water heater. Store GM and MOD were instructed by corporate to monitor hot water heater every 30 minutes and manually reset hot water heater to recalibrate for hot water.

Hot water temperature at hand sink next to ice machine is 105 degrees
Prep sink hot water temperature is 98 degrees
Three comp sink hot water temperature is 113 degrees
Hand sink in front of chicken dredge station is 105 degrees
