Cold holding temperature is in the danger zone at 43 degrees Fahrenheit. Please turn temperature down .


I was told raw eggs in reach in cooler belongs to an employee. Please separate employee food from food served to customers.

Please replace lights under ventilation hood. Plastic covering is melting and is a hazard. Debris from light may fall in customers food. Please have non shatterd lights bulbs and a light shield overlight bulbs.
