13: Water leak in boiler room again this year. This is two years in a row this violation has occurred.
Looked at hvaac room,electrical and mechanical rooms and custodial rooms. Fire extinguishers dated 8/21. Looked at rooms 903,906, 907, 801,802,805,809,811. All in compliance.
