8: Back hand sink near 3 comp does not have soap stocked, water is turned off due to hot water handel being broken. Pic stated a work order has been placed and maintenance is schedule to come out tomorrow - midweek. Next closest sink is approx 8 ft away. Discussed ensure proper handwashing takes place until the sink is fixed. Will return sometime within 10 days to ensure the correction of the observed priority item violation

53: Leak at hand sink near 3 comp. Handles of thawing cabinent have food debris build up. Walk in freezer has some ice/condensation build up on ceiling and boxes, plastic covering peeling.
