19: Brisket in warming drawer at 123°F, cooked pork in warming drawer at 118°F under tortilla prep table for 1hr . Corrective action - Manager recooked brisket and pork up to 165° and stored them in different warmer until this warmer can be serviced . Follow up inspection will occur in 10 days.

19: Black beans in steam table at 116°F for 1 hr 10 min. Corrective action - Manager recooked for hot hold. Suggested using smaller amount of beans in pan and stirring occasionally to keep product at 135° or higher
