Item 20: corrected - dial tone in room 101, room 206 occupied, checked 207. No dial tone in 207 however pic with us and had office phone, phone in 207 would ring to the office desk and the call came through on the 207 phone from the office desk. Pic stated they are currently replacing phones so Pic will replace the phone in 207 with a new one.

Discussed with pic sending all renovation plans to office.
