20: See temps - Sliced tomatoes, cut lettuce, and italian deli meat above 41°f, pic stated that they were all prepped yesterday during the closing shift COS by embargoing all (approx 6lb)discussed with pic hold temps and keeping the top of the make-line down when business is slow

26: Unlabeled bottle of liquid handing next to dishes and above the prep table COS by pic labeling and discussing proper storage

37: Employee food stored on perp table

41: Knife stored between wall and shelf arm above prep counter

Item 14 has been noted on 2 consecutive inspections - a Revocation Warning Letter will be requested. Will email PIC fact sheets and a Food Safety Plan; let pic know i am available to assist if requested.
