2: Water fountain in pre-k room does not work as welll as in room 7
9: Clogged toilet in far right stall of room 7 toilets. Room is currently not in ise but will be in summer according to person in charge at time.
10: Throughout facility hand sink fixtures are cracking at connection point between sink and wall, specifically room 2 restroom and room seven restrooms.
13: Room 2 adjacent restroom does not have any toilet paper fixtures but according to person in charge these children are still using baby wipes.
20: Room 7 flooring on far left hand side of room has some minor floor damage. Room not currently in use.
21: Some walls in facility have chipped paint.
32: Window in room 7 is cracked and has a whole with dead insects on windowsill. Is potential entry point for pests.
*36: Broken glass window in room 7
*40: Some missing electrical plug covers in room 7 of facility that is currently not in use. Person in charge has plug cover to cover in meantime. Corrected on site.
*41: Swing set in playground area has disconnected swing seat that can be a choking hazzard. Follow up required to ensure proper compliance.
New fencing installed due to recent storm. Encosure in good repair.
