11: Severly dented can of olives stored on shelf. Corrected by pic removing can. Dissussed better storage methods so no dented can could be used.

20: Raw chicken sitting out unattended thawing at 50 degrees. Pic discarded chicken. Discussed proper thawing methods. Will send applicable fact sheets.

26: Container of resident only Raid for ants stored on top of microwave on smoothie prep table. Corrected by pic removing can. This is a repeat violation, a warning letter will be requested.

33: Raw chicken in pan was sitting out thawing unattended. Temp at 50 degrees. Pic embargoed chicken.

37: Employee drinks stored on prep table next to food trays.

47: Shelves in cooler are dirty, excessive grease fryer build up.

53: Walls and floors are excessively dirty throughout the kitchen. Wall behind grill is covered in grease debris.
