Room 214: both phones work
Room 414: both phones work IF plugged into the phone jack by the desk. Both phones do NOT work IF plugged into the phone jack between the beds. Since there is at least one phone working in the room, it is considered corrected. Would advise getting the phone jack between the beds fixed.
