20: Several items in walk in cooler not in temp unable to determine when food went out of temp due to no temperature logs being kept. Allowed establishemnt to keep any food that temped under 50 degrees. So only threw out chicken wings and Italian sausage.

34: Thermometer in walk in cooler not working properly

47: Inside of ric is dirty. Shelves through out kitchen are dirty with grease build up. Shelves in wic dirty

Additional Comments

Per supervisor did not throw out commerically prepared unopened meats or cheese in walk in cooler that was below 50 degrees, if above 50 thrown out because unable to determine how long it had been out of temp. Most food temped 47-49. See food temps. Food removed from wic and placed in freezer and some items placed on ice. Emergency repair requested.
