20: Rice cooked yesterday not within proper cold holding temps. Corrected by discussing and discarding rice. This is a repeat violation, a permit revocation warning letter will be requested. Will send applicable food safety fact sheets.

37: Employee cell phone stored directly on food prep table near meat cutting board.

39: Numerous wiping clothes on cutting boards and prep tables not stored in santizer bucket.

41: Margarita stirring utensils storedin standing water in bar area. Rice scoop with no handle touching rice in bin.

50: Food debris and drinks being dumped in hand washing sink in bar area.

53: Reach in freezer top in backroom in poor repair.

Additional Comments

I will be back within 10 days for a follow-up inspection regarding cold holding temperatures. A permit revocation warning letter will be requested due to this repeat violation. I will send applicable food safety fact sheets. A food safety plan will be discussed.
