404, 410 - blocked due to phone outlet not working, 316, 310, 210, 208. Critical item violations 18 and 20 noted on previous routine inspection report have been corrected. Did not observe any live roaches in these rooms. Orkin is on the way to treat rooms 423 and 425. Do not rent rooms until roaches have been eliminated. A follow up inspection will be performed next week. Licensed exterminator treatments for these rooms and the past 2 monthes will be added to permit manager.
