20: Several TCS food items in small one door unit on counter are not holding at proper temperature with an ambient temperature inside at 57. Relocate TCS foods to store cold at 41F or below. Repair or replace unit.

26: Multiple spray bottles containing bleach sanitizer observed on shelving stored with food. Store toxics in a manner to prevent contamination. Also, ensure chlorine sanitizer does not exceed 200ppm.

31: Discontine storing rice just cooked in large bowls that are overstacked with rice. This will not allow for proper cooling. Store in small, shallow, stainless steel containers with rice no more than four inches tall to facilitate rapid cooling.

34: Provide accurate thermometer in small one door unit on counter.

36: Seal hole in back kitchen door to prevent vermin entry.

41: Provide scoop with handle for dry rice.

47: Clean grease accumulation from top shelf next to cook top.

47: Defrost build up on deep freezer next to walk in to prevent contamination.
