*15: Several spray bottles on cleaning cart not properly labeled. One pink liquid, one blue liquid, one clear liquid.

*20: Room 103- no evacuation plan posted. Room 213- no evacuation plan posted.

25: Room 103- bathtub water is leaking, constantly running.

29: Room- 213 wall light does not work.

31: Room 103- bathroom door has a hole in it. Room 213- bathroom door has a hole in it.

32: Room 213- only 1 coat hanger available.

33: Bed spread has a hole in it on the corner.

36: Room 103- floor has hole in carpet by the wall.

37: Room 103- walls are dirty. Bathroom ceiling is in poor repair. Room 213- walls are in poor repair.
