Caroline has been working as an apprentice under Brandon since July at Primordial Ink, but Brandon has not been a licensed Tennessee Tattoo Artist for 3 years. Brandon has only been an artist since 1/23. Discussed Law and Regulation pertaining to the above with Caroline and Brandon.
