13: Carton of raw eggs was stored on top of bologna . Raw package of chorizo (pork) was stored in the same metal container as the bologna. This was in the white reach in cooler.

13: Metal pans of Raw chicken is stored over containers of raw beef. Carton Raw eggs are stored over container of raw beef and sauces.

37: Tomatoes were stored directly on shelf in reach in cooler.

38: Manager was not waring a hair restraint while prepping food.

39: Wiping cloth stored at hand sink. Please place wiping cloth in sanitizer bucket

45: Microwave has food splattered on ceiling of microwave. Please wash,rinse and sanitize. White Reach in cooler bottom shelf is rusty. Reach in freezer has breaded crumbs on bottom shelf of freezer.

46: Quaternary Ammonium (quat) sanitizer test strips are not present. Please use quat test strips for 3 compartment sink. Establishment does have chlorine test strips.
