Studio is clean and orderly. Sink stocked and working correctly. Did not observe any items out if date. Artist in active work using gloves and aprons. Spoke to pic about single use items and handwashing. All permits up to date. Weekly Spore test all passing. Records up to date and correct. Has extra stocked items such as paper towels soap etc.
