18: Cooked rice in reused queso buckets inside walk in cooler temped at 91F and 74F during the inspection. The rice was made at 10 am and then placed inside the cooler. The items were placed inside the buckets with the lid on. CA: embargoed 8 lbs. Retrained employees on cooling procedures.
