*8: DE filter powder bag left open, not covered. Door to where chemicals are stored was open.

*10: Back gate not latched. Corrected on the spot.

20: pH too high.

22: Free available chlorine too high.

*24: Water in the pool is cloudy, but able to see the bottom of the pool.

Additional Comments

A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of all critical item violations. Swimming Pool Permit must be visible to all patrons.
