19: Burger on the hot holding pan was out of temperature 127 cos , by embargoed all of them 2lb .

20: Sliced tomatoes on the cold holding pan was 61 , cos by embargoed 3 lb and discussed with the pic to put ice bags around the tomato to keep it 41 ° or less .

31: They put the tomatoes slices on a white pan they mentioned that it does cool very well but it was not , discussed with pic to change with keeping it on ice bags or get make line cooler .

36: Noticed flys all the around the microwave .

39: Wiping cloth was dirty And it was around the sink .

41: Scope of ice was emerging on the ice machine .

42: Plastic scoop was totally emergent on the chicken pan

Embargoed 2 lb of sliced Tomatoes and 3 lb of grilled hot holding burger because being out of temperature range , follow up inspection will required within 10 days to check all the priority violations if it has been corrected .
