Complaint from Room 309
-Caller said that they checked in on Sun, 4/3/22.
They were unable to stay there because if the room. They left the hotel. Blood stains on the sheets and comforter, towels in the bathroom looked like they had been used (dirty).
Complaint answered- room 309 was rented and someone in room at time of inspection. The room had been rented since 3-27-22 by the same person. Room number must not be correct, tried calling customer that complained with no answer.
