Note: a plumbing company was on site, during inspection water line where cut off, hot water could not be checked during inspection. PIC stated water should be restored about 3pm or so. Observe laundry room, storage rooms, maintenance and boiler room. Hallways/stairways and Guest rooms 170, 224,232, 272, 310, 345, 361.
