*18: Two fire extinguishers dated for 2021. Found outside of room 1424, and on the 22nd floor next to the ice machine of AC hotel.
Critical item #18 as noted on the original rountine inspection report of 2/3/23 has not been corrected. There are still two outdated fire extinguishers in the hotel, one on the 14th floor and one on the 22nd floor. However, the fire extinguishers in the boiler room, laundry room, and other floors have been updated. PIC was advised to replace the two outdated extinguishers immediately, and then contact the inspector the follow-up inspection. PIC Matthew Facenda
