4: Upon arrival observed employee drinking a Monster drink in the food prep area. Cos by discussing with pic and employee thatneating and drinking can not take place in the food prep area.

19: Steaks were hot holding below 135°F in hot holding drawer. Steaks were cooked this morning and then placed in the hot holding drawer. COS by having pic reheat steaks to 165°F and place back into hot holding drawer.

26: Sani bucket stored on food prep table where single service items are stored and drinks are made. Cos by pic moving to appropriate place.

37: Employee drinks in wic stored directly on shelf above food. Drinks also stored in food prep area.

41: Spatula stored in metal sauce holding bin between wall of bin and sauce bottles.
