Complaint: room 208- is dirty and room 209 has 2 baby roaches and is dirty. Complaint answered: observe rooms 208 and 209- no live insects observe, trash and debris observe on floors, burn holes observe on bed covers. ROOM ARE SMOKING ROOMS. no ash or used smoke butts observe. No critical violations in rooms at this time. Note: both rooms stated to be treated for pest by maintenance.
