Complaint: received 8/17/22-room 274 has black mold in large part of ceiling. Complaint answered- Room stated to be out of order, no reason stated in system by PIC. ***Observe room 274- complaint is valid, room has black moldy like substance in the top of ceiling above night stand. No substance observe in other areas of rooms. Room stated to be under renovation and block to rent. Recommend room be treated and clean before rent out room.
