Observations & Corrective Actions
*18: Fire extinguishers tags expired on fire extinguishers located on 4th floor in storage room. Contract a licensed fire extinguisher company to check and retag fire extinguishers. A warning letter will be requested due to this violation being noted on 3 consecutive inspection reports in a row.
*19: Gasoline blower and pressure washer stored in area where hot water heaters are located. Gasoline was in the equipment stated above.
35: Furniture damaged in room 215 couch.
36: Carpet appears dirty in room 215.
37: Wall damaged above ac/heating unit near vending machines.
*42: Sheet has not been changed on pull out bed in room 215. Body hairs, dirt, and debri on fitted sheet on bed.
45: Permit expired. Discussed with pic. She emailed corporate about permit fee.
Additional Comments
215, 225, 302, 307 Only clean vacant rooms available. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of all critical item violations.
