20: Hoshizaki ric online not in temp. All food in cooler temped 46-47 and thermometer read 46. Food was filled from wic before opening today. Wic is in temp. Thermostat was turned down and cooler rechecked at end of inspection to see if temp was coming down. Ice bags were placed on food to help lower temp. At recheck temperature continuing to go up so all food removed to wic and repair called
