*18: Smoke detector is room 118 it detatched and hanging off its place on the ceiling, there is no light indicating it is working, and no sound when switching the setting from “normal” to “test”
Room 123: smoke detector set to “tes” no light and no sound, observed no battery in the detector.
Room 209: no light and the “test” dial is damaged. Observed no battery in the detector
25: 217: floor tiles cracked, appears to be facial hair in and around the sink.
33: Room 123: stains on the sheets on the bed Closest to the bathrooms, both mattress protectors have excessive staining.
Room 227: heavy staining on the matress protector’s edges.
Room 209: burn holes in the sheets, mattress protector stains on edges, box spring protector also stained.
35: Room 123: dresser in poor repair and dirty
Room 227: couch has stains on the arm rests, night stand closses to the bathroom is peeling/in poor repair.
Room 209: dark stain on the couch cushion
37: Room 118: observed stains on the walls and triming throughout the room, especially near the fridge/microwave area and near the bed
Room 123: staining on walls throughout the room especially near the beds and bathroom.
Room 217: wall stained around fridge.
209: black substance on the wall around the light fixture above the desk.
Will return so etime within 10days to ensure the correction of critical item 18
